SANED Facility Management was founded & fully owned by Sharjah Asset Management (SAM), the investment arm of the Finance Department and Government of Sharjah, UAE.
It was founded in the year 2016 & achieved a significant growth that resulted in a dramatic change in the Total facility management . Since then it has gained a massive market share within the Emirate of Sharjah . Due to establishing a variety of services in industries such as Total facility management , construction , MEP , cleanliness & hygiene , security & exclusive projects such as Aman.
However Our services include both technical Operations & infrastructural services for all Sharjah Asset Management buildings , along with many other governmental buildings & other private residential buildings such as Almamsha & other commercial projects such as Souq Al Jubail , Souq Al Haraj , 06 Mall & our strategic partners : Sharjah Prevention & Safety Authority , Civil Defence , Central Finance Department & Alef group.
SANED continuously ensures to always deliver its specialised services with the highest levels of efficiency with in the real estate industry and total facility management & provides an available call center service for 24 hours .
